Fresh Watermelon Lemonade

Total Time : 20 minutes | Prep Time : 10 minutes | Servings : people


½ medium-size watermelon
4-5 large lemons
1 – 1½ cups granulated sugar
4-6 cups water or sparkling water
fresh mint


  1. Scoop watermelon into a blender or food processor. Process until it turns into liquid.
  2. Strain watermelon through a mesh strainer, reserving 4 cups of watermelon juice and discarding the watermelon flesh.
  3. Pour the watermelon juice into a pitcher. Keep it aside for the time being. Juice the lemons to equal 1 cup. Strain the lemon juice and add it to the pitcher.
  4. Pour the contents of the pitcher in water. Stir in sugar to sweeten till satisfied. Serve immediately over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves and watermelon slices.
