Very Blueberry Cereal

Total Time : 30 minutes | Prep Time : 10 minutes | Servings : 1 person



What?

1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp. of apple pie spice
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup quinoa
1/2 cup blueberries


How?

  1. In a small saucepan bring to boil water, milk, salt, maple syrup, spice, vanilla extract.
  2. Bring to boil, stir well.
  3. Then reduce heat to simmer cover and allow quinoa to cook for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Top the cereal with blueberries and serve.
