Ginger Tangerine Smoothie

1 large Apple
1 large carrot
1 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon honey


  1. Core and dice the apple.
  2. Then put the diced apple, carrot, orange juice, grated ginger and honey into your blender.
  3. Add ice or more liquid if you want.
  4. Blend the ingredients till it becomes smooth and finally transfer the smoothie to a glass.
